IMPORTANT IF YOUR CRANKSET FALLS WITHIN THE RECALL REQUIREMENTS YOU ARE ADVISED TO STOP RIDING YOUR BIKE IMMEDIATELY.
Affected crank models include FC-6800, FC-R8000, FC-9000, FC-R9100 and FC-R9100P produced before July 2019.

Please be aware that not all cranksets will be replaced. Only those cranksets that show signs of non compliance will be replaced by Shimano.
If the inspection finds your crankset to be non compliant your crankset will be removed and sent to Shimano, you will then be asked to collect your bike and store it until the replacement crankset arrives in store.Please understand that we are a go between and have no control over the availability of replacement cranksets. We appreciate your patience during this process.
